A complex regulatory change was impacting the entire financial industry and the client was struggling to find a concise method of understanding and implementing the change that was being asked.
I had worked with a Head of department there previously and they knew our capability both as an organisation and as a trusted party to come in to help them out.

As a Parceman Hill Partner, I had the ability to bring in a team that understood the environment that was being worked in, what was being worked on and the impact of the regulation directly to the client.
I was able to listen to the problems that they were experiencing and offer them the right, considered advice to help solve them - such as handling particular challenges with stakeholders or elements of the regulation.
This approach ensured that the work was carried out efficiently and correctly against the agreed methodology, approaches and outputs within the designated timeframe.
Through two phases of project work, I delivered the analysis activity required, completed the gap analysis and applied a solution against those gaps. This helped the business transition through a regulatory change with only minimum impact, disruption and intrusion from the regulator.
